As part of this initiative, you commit to:
Guidance: Be guided by our commitments to showcase engineering, inspire connection, drive inclusion, and improve impact
Track and share progress: Share updates on what you’re doing differently, the estimated impact of your changes, and any barriers you encounter to develop a shared understanding of what works.
Celebrate and collaborate: Highlight initiative(s) you’d like us to feature and engage with other organizations to amplify collective efforts actively contributing to the community through participation in our community of practice.
Reconfirm your commitment every two years: This ensures that organizations remain engaged and aligned with the initiative's evolving goals. By reviewing and renewing your commitment biennially, you demonstrate ongoing dedication to the shared mission and provide an opportunity to reflect on progress, challenges, and future contributions.
